Meet Our Founder

I’m a proud gentleman from the west side of Indianapolis, and everything I do is rooted in giving back to the community that shaped me. As a Pike High School graduate, I learned early on, the power of mentorship and strong community ties. I went on to being a Psychology undergrad at Vincennes University, driven by a passion for understanding people and helping them grow.

Over the years, my professional journey has taken me through many different spaces — from managing operations at ESG Security & Event Services, overseeing major venues like Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the KFC Yum! Center, to coaching customer service teams at Geico’s Indianapolis corporate office. Each role taught me the importance of leadership, patience, and building genuine connections.

Today, I’m an educator who teaches English and specializes in creating positive school and classroom cultures, while supporting students in discipline and personal growth. I’ve also had the privilege of coaching wrestling at George Washington High School and currently at Northwest Middle School — experiences that allow me to guide young people both on and off the mat.

In the summer, I serve as a Counselor at the Saint Florian Center Leadership Summer Camp, helping shape future leaders through mentorship and character-building activities.

At my core, I’m dedicated to inspiring and uplifting others, and I’m passionate about making a lasting impact wherever I go.
