Charity Ball Form

Please join us for Marian Community Hospital's Annual Charity Ball to be held on Friday, October 17, 2008 at Genetti Manor, Dickson City, PA. The Ball will be hosted by the Maxis Foundation Board of Trustees.  Get ready for a great evening which will include fine dining, dancing and entertainment by the Poets and The Jeffrey James Band.  The theme for this year is An Evening in Paris.
