About Maxis Foundation

Maxis Foundation was established in 1998 with the formation of Maxis Health System, to combine the resources and fundraising efforts of Marian Community Hospital Foundation and the Health Services Foundation of Northeastern Pennsylvania were combined.

Today, Maxis Foundation provides funding support in concert with the generous support of our benefactors, enables Marian Community Hospital to meet the demands for physical growth and modernization, to be proactive in the delivery of health and human service care, and to recruit superior professional staff.

Maxis Foundation is guided by the core value of stewardship which states "we care for and strengthen the ministry and all resources entrusted to us."

Mission Statement

Maxis Foundation is committed to support the Mission and Vision of Maxis Health System by facilitating and maintaining stewardship of fundraising activity.

Vision Statement

In support of the Mission of Maxis Health System, Maxis Foundation will: create and maintain a fundraising plan which will include an annual giving fund program, as well as, other fund raising events; identify and cultivate both individuals and corporations who have the potential to contribute major gifts to the System.
