Planned Giving

Maxis Foundation has established a planned giving program titled “Legacy for Life” whereby Maxis Foundation is remembered in the name of the donor, in a will bequest. A gift made to Maxis Foundation can give you a feeling of personal satisfaction and belief in us to further the mission of Maxis Health System. Your generous and thoughtful gift will help us meet the needs of the community for decades to come.

All gifts should be made to Maxis Foundation and can be designated to Maxis Health System or its entity Marian Community Hospital. You may also want to give to a specific program or for the purchase of equipment for one of the entities.

There are four ways you can make a bequest:

• A percentage of your estate
• A specific dollar amount
• Residual of your estate after other bequests have been granted
• Specific property (paid-up insurance policy or other financial investments)

Individuals who document their bequest with the Maxis Foundation will be recognized in the Visionary Circle, a planned giving society established to recognize caring individuals who help support the healing mission at Maxis Health System. Donors preference to remain anonymous will be honored.
